Guided Meditation: Prepare the Body for Sleep

Welcome back, beautiful soul! 🌖

This guided meditation is intended to be practiced in the evening before going to sleep (preferably lying down) to prepare the body and mind to wind down and release tension.

Using progressive muscle relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, and a gentle body scan, you will be guided to progressively relax the body and calm the mind before bed. This meditation is accompanied by delta brain wave binaural beats to support the mind and body with relaxation and sleep.

This meditation is available exclusively on Insight Timer. Press play on the audio below to practice it. I hope it serves you.
