  • Learn four somatic exercise sequences to help release stored stress from your body

  • Build a daily nervous system regulation practice in under 10 minutes a day

  • Awaken your body’s innate capacity for healing

  • Experience relief from chronic pain, tension, and habitual bracing patterns

  • Create a daily practice that feels doable

  • Feel more present, grounded, and emotionally supported

  • Learn how to reconnect with your body as a place of safety

The Curriculum

  • Learn how setting an intention can help your mind feel focused and your body feel safe enough to soften and release. Then, practice a gorgeous guided meditation and visualization to support you with bringing your intention to life.

  • Learn what the psoas muscle is and the role it plays in your biological stress response. Then, practice one simple somatic exercise that can help you release stored stress and tension from your psoas muscle.

  • Learn why the upper back can be a holder of long-term stress—especially for people who have developed relational patterns of people-pleasing and over-responsibility. Then, practice three gentle somatic exercises that can help you release upper back tension.

  • Learn how bracing, overwhelm, and suppressed self-expression can contribute to chronic neck tension. Then, practice a somatic exercise sequence to help you soften this area, ease stress, and create more space and breath through your neck and throat.

  • Learn why the jaw is one of the most common places the body stores stress and tension. Then, practice a gentle jaw release sequence. We will close with a gentle pause to reflect on your intention for this 5-day nervous system reset.
