Heather Waxman is a licensed therapist and certified somatic exercises instructor specializing in soul-centered healing, somatic practice, shadow work, and relational healing. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, where she earned the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, and has mentored individuals for 12 years, bringing depth, mastery, and a steady container of emotional safety to everything she offers.

Her offerings come from embodied, lived experience—devoting her life to breaking free from her own pain, suffering, and traumatic experiences and fully living her soul’s curriculum with grit and grace.
