Reflection Questions for Seasons of Radical Change
Dear soulful, creative, and ambitious you:
Radical change is in the air.
If we look at the word radical, we see that the root of the English word “radical” is actually the Latin word “radix,” which translates to root.
So, when I speak or write about radical change, I am writing and speaking about changing at the root.
And in order to change at the root, we need to name what it is that needs an update. Naming is an incredibly simple and powerful thing to do. To name it in your journal. To name it out loud to yourself. To name it to the Universe. To name it to your people.
Naming starts the process of unknotting a pattern that has been gnarled, twisted, and bound up in your psyche. This is how my clients begin our work together. They name it in a sacred container…and the energy begins to become unbound…and they begin their self-directed process of healing.
And this where we find ourselves right now as I write this blog post: In a season of radical, wild change.
You are designed to evolve. Like nature, your true nature is seasonal, cyclical, wild, and free.
Give yourself permission to change so that you can get free.
Give your people space to change so that your relationships can evolve, grow, shift, and change in epic ways.
Here are two journaling questions for this wild season of change:
1. - What new way of being is loudly calling out to you?
2. - What part of your psyche’s internal operating system is ready for an update, upgrade, and rewiring?
Here’s to your personal, brave, and wild r(evolution).
With care,
Heather
