Relentless Devotion is the Medicine
There is one thing I believe truly sets me apart in my work:
I am relentlessly devoted to my own inner work.
Every single day.
Every day, I am practicing.
I am listening.
I am reflecting.
I am unwinding old patterns.
I am expanding my capacity.
I am evolving into my next level.
Here is what I know to be true in my bones: A practitioner can only take a client as deep as they are willing to go within themselves.
Many of the women who find their way to me have already done their fair amount of inner work — reading the books, listening to the podcasts, reflecting deeply, trying other forms of therapy — and yet, they still feel like something in their nervous system or relational patterns isn’t fully shifting.
They’re looking for someone who can take them deeper…
Growth Is Not Something I Teach — It’s Something I Embody
The work I do with my clients is not theoretical. It is not something I read in a book and then try to apply.
It is something I embody.
The somatic practices.
The nervous system work.
The spiritual inquiry.
The relational healing.
The slow unwinding of old survival patterns.
I practice these regularly in my own life.
Especially as a business owner, it’s just required of me. My business can’t grow if I’m not growing. But even deeper than that, my soul is devoted to the journey of becoming more free, more present, more loving, and more alive.
My clients feel that.
They feel my commitment to truth, my devotion to growth, and the depth of inner terrain I have navigated through. That’s why I candidly share some of my life story on my about page. I want my humanity to come through. I never want to appear as if I’m this untouchable, unreachable, unrelatable therapist or guide. I want my clients to know that I am in it with them.
The Work Is Relational
Healing happens in relationship. Clients can feel when the person sitting across from them is truly “walking the walk” themselves. They can feel the difference between someone who is talking about healing and someone who is living it.
I believe my role is not to stand above my clients as an expert who has everything figured out. My role is to journey beside them, bring skill, training, and wisdom, and bring humility, humanity, and devotion.
Relentless Devotion is the Medicine
If there is one thing that defines my work, it is this:
Relentless devotion.
Relentless devotion to truth.
Relentless devotionto healing.
Relentless devotion to evolution.
And when a practitioner carries that frequency, it creates an energetic field where transformation becomes…limitless.
For many of the women I work with in somatic therapy and relational healing, the deepest shifts happens when they are supported by someone who is also committed to their own ongoing growth.
Whether someone is seeking therapy in Connecticut or therapy in New York, healing from trauma or nervous system dysregulation, or working to unwind long-held patterns of over-responsibility and control, the presence and self-awareness of the practitioner matters. Healing happens in a relational field between two people who are both willing to meet life honestly.
