Postural Alignment Meditation for Somatic Healing & Self Esteem
This somatic alignment meditation is gentle yet powerful—it seamlessly blends many modalities into one to create a guided meditation that is trauma-informed, somatically therapeutic, can assist with reducing symptoms of anxiety depression, and can support you to increase your own felt sense of embodiment.
Inspired by my studies and teacher training in somatic exercises with Liz Tenuto, this practice also has echoes of craniosacral therapy, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen’s Body-Mind Centering approach, trauma-informed somatic presence practices, and my own gift of intuitive channeling through my voice—which makes it healing and accessible for individuals who are beginning or continuing their journeys of healing from chronic anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Possible Outcomes From Practicing Postural Alignment
