What if we wrote vows for all of our relationships, rather than reserving them only for people who feel easiest to love?
In today’s episode of #SoulSessions, I’m lifting the veil on one of my personal practices: relationship vows. I recite them to myself every morning to remind myself of how I want to show up with myself and in-relationship to others.
I’ve been exploring three primary questions within myself and within relationships and community over the past three years. This is a major part of my (and our) life-long path (hiii north node in Aquarius! ;).
These questions are…
Who do I want to be in-community?
How do I no longer lose myself in the group?
Rather than settling for how we have been conditioned to relate to one another, how can we resurrect how we are destined to relate to each other?
Where do boundaries fit in? And what do they look like and feel like?
All of this and so much more in today’s episode of #SoulSessions. Head over to iTunes, Soundcloud, or click the link in my bio to download and listen to today’s episode.
I’m really proud of this one. It’s deep and juicy and real. I’d loooooove to receive your feedback and your own practices in relationships too. Feel free to share in the comments below. :)
Love you. Mean it. xo
